A traumatizing experience may cause overstraining, depression, anxiety, grieving and emotional problems. The training aims for a return to daily life and work as a stronger person. Tools in self-management, fine-tuned to your individual needs, serve as a basis to realize this. In addition it offers active support in work-reintegration for both personnel and managers.
