This training gives you the opportunity to have a one-on-one training with a mentor. You will be provided with tools that will help you increase your mental strength. These tools will also help you get through these difficult times, and furthermore throughout your life. We will focus on your situation and aims. It is possible to choose between 1, 3, 5 or 8 sessions.
